Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back!

Our return policy is 14 days as required by EU legislation, which means you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@freaklechic.it. If you meet the established conditions and your return is accepted, you will have two options to return your purchase:

  1. You can send your package back on your own via the Post Office or any courier of your choice to the address provided via email.

  2. Request a return shipping label and arrange a pickup by our courier on a date you choose (scheduled time slot 10:00-18:00) or drop it off at one of the collection centers in your area (if available). The label has a variable cost starting from €7.29 (Italy), €12 (Europe), €30 (non-EU countries). The label must be printed and affixed to the package.

Choose the method that is most convenient and cost-effective for you. Always remember to notify us via email before returning your order. Items returned without first requesting a return via email cannot be processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (special orders or custom items) and underwear products for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
If the size you chose doesn’t fit or you want to replace one or more items with others, contact us at info@freaklechic.it. We’ll work together to find the solution to make you 100% satisfied with your purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund. Thank you for understanding that these time frames are beyond our control.
